Telchac Masterplan

This project, now called Kinuh, was designed for the Canteras group, and includes several developments together with a marina in the Yucatán coast. The project is divided in 4 areas: the marina, retail area, villas and houses, and hotel zone. The design seeks to find a balance between the buildings and the natural areas and landscape. The marina includes a promenade with retail areas combining leisure and recreational amenities, becoming the heart of Kinuh.

The building design incorporates local materials in its construction process, passive design to reduce the use of air conditioning, and a low building height to minimize the project’s visual impact.
