Altabrisa Housing Complex

This residential development in Mérida proposed a cluster with 5 house typologies in an open and secure setting, following sustainable design principles in its urban and architectural design. Using local materials, optimizing orientations and incorporating double height spaces, each house typology (ranging from 180 to 260 sq.m.) offers a 36% carbon footprint reduction.

The public areas and internal roads were designed to provide integration and cohesion to the development. The high-density allows for a greater utilization of open spaces.
